Patrick’s Pedestrian Accident settles for £22,500 (Belfast)
Patrick was crossing a road using a zebra crossing near his home when he was struck by a vehicle that approached from his right-hand side. The force of the impact was so significant that it knocked Patrick into the air. He hit the ground and was rendered unconscious for a short period of time. He was taken to hospital by ambulance where, luckily, it was found he hadn’t sustained any fractures. However, he did sustain exacerbation injuries to his neck, back, and shoulders.
