We are seeking applications from candidates with a desire to work within a busy legal environment in Northern Ireland, specifically to assist our hearing loss department.
Role Overview:
- Assist in handling cases and preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings under the direct supervision and guidance of our solicitors in the hearing loss department.
- Communicate comfortably and clearly with clients, demonstrating an interest in the field of personal injury litigation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner, essential for client interactions and coordination with legal professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, supporting the solicitors in all aspects of case management.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple cases and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A law degree or a primary university degree is essential.
- Experience in a law firm is desired, particularly in a previous paralegal role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a close-knit but growing team.
