Ethan was involved in a pedestrian road traffic accident in Carrickfergus. The accident occurred at a set of traffic lights. He started crossing the road when the lights turned green in his favour. As he was approaching the other side when a car pulled out of an adjacent petrol station at an angle at speed. The vehicle went through the red light.
