Noah’s Car Accident Claim Settles for £12,000 (A12 Westlink in Belfast)

Noah was involved in a serious car accident while driving along the A12 Westlink in Belfast. A piece of metal fell off a lorry in front of him causing him to go over it which flipped over his car. Police attended the scene and took the piece of metal but the driver wasn’t identified.

He contacted his GP initially and was advised to take painkillers but then attended Antrim Area Hospital as his symptoms worsened where it was determined he had sustained soft tissue injuries to his knees, back and neck.

Noah Searched for Solicitors Specialising in Car Accident Claims in Belfast

Noah was concerned about the pain and injuries he sustained as a result of his accident. He did a Google search to find local solicitors that dealt with car accident claims in Belfast. After reading our reviews on Trustpilot and exploring our website, he reached out to Seymour Major at Paschal O’Hare Personal Injury Solicitors.

As the driver was untraced, Seymour lodged a claim with the MIB (Motor Insurers Bureau) who deal with claims against uninsured and untraced drivers. Noah was medically examined for his injuries. The Consultant confirmed that the pain in his neck, back and knees should resolve within 12 months.

The Motor Insurers Bureau investigated and after some negotiations, Seymour secured a figure of £12,000 for Noah. He was delighted with the work that was conducted on his behalf and the result.
