We set up an examination with a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who set out in their report the impact the accident had on Nuala. The medical evidence was subsequently shared with the third party insurers and an initial offer of £4000 was quickly rejected.
Using our skills and experience, we were able to put forward a number of points to persuade the insurers to increase their offer. An improved offer of £7000 followed and was accepted by Nuala who was very pleased with the outcome.
